General conditions
The request for availability isn’t binding and doesn’t act as a contract neither for the client nor Azienda Agricola Biologica Il Castagnolino.
The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Azienda Agricola Biologica Il Castagnolino, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation of Azienda Agricola Biologica Il Castagnolino sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.
If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated period to the direction of Azienda Agricola Biologica Il Castagnolino so that the options are cleared and the booking is confirmed.
At which point Azienda Agricola Biologica Il Castagnolino promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail.
The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.
Terms and conditions
The reservation becomes binding on us upon we receive the receipt of the deposit payment (amounting to 25% of total amount) or upon we receive your credit card information authorizing us to charge.
Your reservation will be confirmed by a voucher (a confirmation sent you by e-mail or fax) that you should show when checking-in at our hotel. Arrival (check-in): the apartments will be available from 15.00 to 19.00 (It is possible to leave your luggage earlier).
Departure (check-out): it’s necessary to leave the apartments not later than 10.00 am.
Cancellation policy
- Free up to 21 days before the day of arrival
- 25% penalty from 20 to 14 days before the day of arrival
- penalty of 50% from 13 to 7 days before the day of arrival
- 100% penalty for cancellation before the day of arrival or no-show
Payment
Postal account
You can pay the deposit by filling the form for a postal order or a postal giro transfer on our postal account n. 93229748 in the name of Azienda Agricola il Castagnolino Srl Società Agricola.

Place of jurisdiction (law courts)
For whatever controversy which might arise relating to the interpretation, execution and/or to the finalization of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Azienda Agricola Biologica Il Castagnolino, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Siena.
